FAQs

General

What are your rules?

Generally, be polite and civil. I mean, everyone should be polite and civil anywhere anytime. You can read this FAQs document to get the gist of it. This is the full version of rules:

What is the commission process?

Please refer to the commission process on my homepage by clicking on this link.

Can I get my commission done first?

I work on a first-come-first-serve basis. This means if you are the first one to pay for your invoice, you will be on the highest priority.

What is a waitlist?

A waitlist is for clients who want to keep a slot until my commission is opened again. To see the waitlist, go to Progress Tracker. Waitlist isn't always open, so keep an eye out!

To be on the waitlist, fill out the Commission Request Form and choose the option "Waitlist" when asked. I will then contact you in 24 hours to confirm your status in the Waitlist. If you accept the details, you will see it updated on the Progress Tracker.

Waitlist also operates on a first-come-first-serve basis, so when my service is open again, I will contact the earliest waitlister and wait for 48 hours for their response and payment until move on to the next person on the waitlist.

How much time does a commission take?

A general ETA:

However, depending on my schedule, it might take longer than the above estimates. In that case, I will inform you of this before proceeding to invoicing.

What are business working days?

Business working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. I live in Vietnam so I go on Vietnamese holidays.

What is adult content?

Adult contents are generally defined as below:

What is NOT adult content:

It's impossible to come up with an exhaustive Iist of what constitutes as adult content, so it's usually judged by your and mine common sense on a case-by-case basis. I have the right to reject taking any adult content commission that I find uncomfortable to work with. Usually, I'm comfortable with most violence and sex while not comfortable with the depiction of substance usage. Please contact me directly to work out the details.

(why do you charge extra for adult content?)

How do I receive my finished commissioned art?

You will receive a Google Drive link containing the art (The link will remain accessible for at least 6 months after the commission is finished). The artwork will be in a high-quality .jpeg file, at least 144dpi. If you want to specify a resolution for printing, please mention this in the commission request form or send me a message. If you order a traditional art commission, you'll still only receive the digital version (*).

Do you ship a physical copy of the finished commissioned art?

No. I live in Vietnam and it's very expensive and risky to send physical copies overseas. I can only send you the digital version even if you order a traditional commission.

Price & Payments

How is the price of adding additional characters calculated?

To add 2nd character to your commission, 80% of the total price (after adding background, pet and complex weapons and props) will be added to your bill; from the 3rd added character onwards, only 40% of the total price (after adding the 2nd character as well) will be added to your bill. For example, a lineart bust commission with 3 characters and a simple background will be calculated as follows:

45$ (base price of bust, 1 chara) + 20$ (simple background) = 65$

→  65$ x 80% + 65$ = 117$ (price of bust, 2 chara, simple background)

→  117$ x 40% + 117$ = 163.8$ (price of bust, 3 chara, simple background)

(This is just an example, prices might have changed since I wrote this FAQs)

Too complicated? Just contact me and ask for an estimate.

How is the price of adding additional pets calculated?

For each additional pet added, a percentage of the base price will be added to your bill. This percentage is determined on a case-by-case basis. The bigger and more complex the pet is, the more expensive it becomes.

For example, a lineart bust commission with 2 characters, a shiba inu, and a simple background will be calaculated as follows:

45$ (base price of bust, 1 chara) + 45$ x 30% (price of shiba inu) = 58.5$

→  58.5$ + 20$ (simple background) = 78.5$ (price of bust, 1 chara, shiba inu, simple background)

→  78.5$ x 80% + 78.5$ = 141.3$ (price of bust, 2 chara, shiba inu, simple background)

Too complicated? Just contact me and ask for an estimate.

How is the price of complex weapons & props calculated?

For each additional complex weapon and/or prop, a percentage of the base price will be added to your bill. This percentage is determined on a case-by-case basis. The bigger and more complex it is, the more expensive it becomes.

For example, a lineart bust commission with 2 characters, a sword, and a simple background will be calculated as follows:

45$ (base price of bust, 1 chara) + 45$ x 30% (price of sword) = 58.5$

→  58.5$ + 20$ (simple background) = 78.5$ (price of bust, 1 chara, sword, simple background)

→  78.5$ x 80% + 78.5$ = 141.3$ (price of bust, 2 chara, sword, simple background)

Too complicated? Just contact me and ask for an estimate.

How is the price of complex armor calculated?

For each set or complex armor, a percentage of the base price will be added to your bill.

For example, a lineart bust commission with 2 characters, one of them has complex armor, and a simple background will be calculated as follows:

45$ (base price of bust, 1 chara) + 45$ x 30% (price of armor) = 58.5$

→  58.5$ + 20$ (simple background) = 78.5$ (price of bust, 1 chara, 1 armor, simple background)

→  78.5$ x 80% + 78.5$ = 141.3$ (price of bust, 2 chara, 1 armor, simple background)

Too complicated? Just contact me and ask for an estimate.

Do I pay in full or only a deposit?

From 0$ to 400$, you have to pay the full amount before I start working on the commission.

From 400.01$ and above, you pay a deposit (half of the total amount) before I start working on the commission. The rest can be paid later when I finish the art. You have to pay the rest before I send the commission to you.

How do I pay with dApoints?

I do not accept payments in dApoint.

How do I pay with bitcoins?

I do not accept payments in bitcoins.

How do I pay with crypto currency?

I do not accept payments in crypto currency.

How do I pay with USD?

With PayPal. I will send you a Paypal invoice that can be paid using PayPal/debit card/credit card.

How do I pay with other real currency?

With PayPal, which means any currency will be converted to USD for the transaction. This might incur fees from your bank and/or Paypal and you will have to pay those fees yourself.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, the prices have all fees covered. There might be money exchange fees (if you pay by currencies other than USD), bank transaction fees, or other transfer fees depending on what service you are using to pay with, but that's on your part, not mine. I only accept PayPal in USD.

How do I pay for additional revisions?

I will send a new Paypal invoice and you will pay with it.

You used to charge additional 4.4% PayPal transfer fee, why is it not there anymore?

Because I've decided it's best to just include it in the price for convenience.

Why do you charge extra for adult content?

Adult content is much more difficult technically, and much more riskier legally, compared to generic content.
However, not all levels of adult content will be charged extra. Some light stuff will be normally priced. Just contact me directly about this if you are unsure.
